Dr Ahluwalia takes the time to hear his patients issues. I know that depending on who's ahead of me, it may take a short or long time for my turn to come. That said, I also know he'll take whatever time i need to resolve my needs. There isn't very many RA doctors in the area and with a half a million residents in this valley, Dr. Ahluwalia is pretty popular. I hear some people have issues with him or his staff, but overall I don't think you'll find a better specialist around.
