I never complain! EVER! But.... I couldn’t believe my experience today. Dr. Binh Nguyen, while may be very knowledgeable in his field, lacks basic bedside manner. He had no respect for my concerns.Lacked professionalism, and was a total grouch. I have never been more uncertain, worried and uncomfortable during a procedure at Kaiser. He was assigned to do a biopsy, my questions were ignored, nothing was explained during the entire process.I was horrified by his short responses to my questi
