Patient Reviews
Jan 20, 2025
I had to bring a family member in to the walk-in clinic on Friday and it was a good experience, but a different provider. Today, I needed to be seen. The staff was nice, but the doctor was in a hurry and dismissive and didn’t even allow enough time before he ran out of the room for me to ask questions because I didn’t have the information I needed about what was wrong and how to proceed. I voiced this to the nurse, who got him, he stuck his head in the door and told me he was triage only, didn’t have time for my questions. So I went home frustrated and unsure of how to proceed. I have called my PCP for instructions since the orthopedic doc didn’t bother
