The choices that you make in the staff that you surround yourself with speaks volumes about the thought put into your name. The staff is lacking in both skill in performing their job and bedside manner. Communication is not a priority. If you care to be followed up with or have calls returned, be prepared to drive to the facility because the answering service is not answered in a timely manner. I believe that he is an excellent surgeon and friendly in person. However, all of the things that matter to a patient before and after a surgery does not meet the most basic of standards of care. If you are considering care for you or a loved one, I would recommend doing a few searches of reviews on Southwest Orthopedic first. Im sure that you will find common complaints that mirror my own experience.
