This doctor was my primary care physician but she was such a poor listener and record keeper that I had to repeat everything about my histories and prescriptions at each visit. She would refuse to refill prescriptions because she thought I was seeking birth control when I was on HRT (I'm post-meno), apparently forgetting that estrogen is used in both. Getting any script filled was a days or weeks-long battle with her and her office, with dozens of phone calls, owing to her poor record keeping or memory. Ultimately, she moved to a new practice without even informing me, so I had to be treated as a new patient and wait months to see her, meanwhile refusing to fill my scripts, even though she was my only PCP and the issue was her fault for lack of communication. Steer clear of her: she has no capacity to or interest in keeping records, notes, or remembering anything about who you are, why you're taking certain meds, and if she leaves her practice, you're out of luck--and prescriptions.
