In the days leading up, the front desk kept calling and changing the time on me. I came in, checked in, sat down and waited for over an hour. I asked the front desk what's up and they said I was 4 hours early. Why didn't you tell me that when I came in and gave you my name and what I'm pretty sure you told me was my appointment time? Luckily the doctor made some time to see me "early". As I was walking to my room, another patient stormed out and yelled at the front desk "Go ahead and cancel my apartment. This is the 2nd time I've been sitting waiting over an hour. Don't charge me." Haha yikes. Finally get to my appointment and Dr Berookhim has a really offputting demeanor for having a specialty in something so personal. I really felt like a burden to him. He made me feel like I was wasting his time with this very personal, distressing problem I have. Not that I need to be coddled like a helpless child but don't make me feel like "Your problem isn't THAT bad, do you really need to waste my time with this?" He told me to go get some bloodwork which I did. Now I'm trying to schedule my followup. I keep calling the front desk and no one will pick up. I've been calling for days and I just get the waiting song for 20+ minutes. How do I contact this office?
