Dr. Gupta is terrible if I could give her a negative rating I would. She did not correctly diagnosis my eye condition which I later found out was a pretty text book example of cornea erosion which is painful. She advised me to stop taking the eye drop medication prescribed by my previous provide because it might have increased my eye pressure slightly (from 19 to 22). She had no idea what was causing my symptoms and said either increasing my medication or stopping it all together were my only options with her. She did not do any diagnostic tests to exam my eye other than a basic slit lamp look. At a follow-up she had my information wrong and said my only option was to get a 2nd opinion which I did at Duke Medical and they corrected the pain I was experiencing with a bandage contact lens which I asked Dr. Gupta about and she dismissed the idea. They also scheduled me for a procedure to correct the problem long-term. DO NOT go to her for anything.
