Have called their office several times, always have to hold for 20 mins. Finally get hold of someone about refills for seizure medicine. Told me it takes a week to get refills because Dr. is not in office except Thurs. and Fri. I should have called week before. Told her that I did but they never answered phone. They were busy with pts/ Asked her if she could reach him to get refills, said she send him message but didn't know when he would get it, Later I called back. first call was at 830 am, second was at 315. on hold for another 22 mins. asked about refill, told me to hold then hung-up on me, called back sat on hold for 45 min then called there office on another line to find out they had left for the day. this was med for seizures and my son was completely
