Dr. Noronha himself is wonderful. However I just received a call at 7:45pm on a Thursday night over $75 that is passed due. A fee that I was not asked to pay or even told about during my initial appointment (anyone who has been there KNOWS they make you pay right then and there). A fee that did not come from Dr. Noronha’s ENT office. It came from the audiologist (across the hall - which is a whole separate company apparently. It is not disclosed you have to pay the ENT fee as well as an audiology fee.). Must be really hurting for money if you’re hounding people almost 3 hours after the office closed.
