Hi, I was looking forward of having surgery with Dr. Brad Hunt but after my consultation was finalized I was informed that I would be charged the visit despite me having provided my insurance. Later I called my insurance and found out they were out of network, I asked twice before my visit if my insurance would cover, I was misled to believe that it would and there would be no charges at the time of the visit. It extremely frustrating to be surprised with a bill after you are seen. What if I didn't have money to pay the visit? Be sure to ask if they are in network because the staff will lead you to believe they are.
