Highly unprofessional staff. My son was a patient. I had to call then for 3 weeks for a follow-up appointment. I needed paperwork for school they never responded back after several calls. Doctor never responded back with any questions. My son was in so much pain, but guess what they don't care. Northwells have become really big so they don't care. I got a better care with mt sinai. I am currently in process of changing all my family from Nortwell to Mt sinai.
