(They also declared no music which I then said I’ll need to go somewhere else and headphones were then produced for the much needed music.) 3. What was purported to be 30/30/45 minutes turned into almost 3 hours and finished with another patient complaining to me that she was waiting for over 30 minutes in a cold hallway.. wearing a gown.
