The Flowers Dental Care in Hartsville SC had my dental implant removed because it was loose. I have a gap now. I have just learned that this is NOT the correct procedure. Loose implants can be tightened by replacing the screw. This Is the correct procedure. Flowers Dental deserves zero stars! (Updated Oct. 26 2022) One time I had an appointment for 11 o'clock, and they kept me waiting an hour. A guy had forgot his appointment and they held it open for him until he got there. I had to see the dentist through my lunch hour because they punished me for his forgetfulness. They never even apologized for making me wait. Amy was rude as I was leaving. She said others were complaining that I'd been waiting so long to see the dentist, as if it was my fault. Every time I went to pay, Amy would say the billing was incorrect and before she could swipe my card, she would have to amend it. Every time it was $50 to $60 higher. She said the girl in billing had tallied it wrong. She never explained beyond that. The younger dentist told me he was giving me a deal on a denture, half price at $400. He claimed flippers usually sell for $800. Turns out this dental device sells for $300-$500. I have a feeling this wasn't the only time I was mislead. Too bad they because they come across as such 'good, honest' people and very religious. I'm usually wary of people who are too good to be true.
