This office is very unprofessional. I pay my bill through bill pay Instamed and they claim to not have received payments, requested I print off an email bc they didn't want me to forward emails in case "they got lost" so I had to leave work, take printed copies of my receipts and to this day they have still not reconciled my account. The women have been argumentative and rude at times. It's been weeks and when I called again no one had been looking into it so they asked me to wait another couple of weeks. NO OK! I am a busy person and this is 2020 so electronic info sharing is quite appropriate these days. I have asked UHC to remove them as an in network provider.
