Absolutely would not recommend. I was scheduled with this doctor through Scripps physician referral program. He refused to see me because I arrived at 1:16. If I had arrived at 1:15, he would have seen me. I even told them I had to wait 6 months for an appointment. I was so upset I?m considering removing my entire family from Scripps health care system.
