Dr. Brandon Coleman, DDS

I have been going to Dr. Coleman for a few years. Quite a few times I would arrive to find he was not there & all I was going to get was a cleaning, not a periodontal exam. I could have done that at my regular dentist, who is closer & less expensive. After this happened several times, I told the staff I would not come to an appointment if Dr. Coleman was not going to be there. They said they understood & would notify me. Today I went for my appointment (that I had confirmed 3 weeks ago!) & was told because the hygenist had called in and Dr. Coleman was ill my appointment had been cancelled. I asked why I was not notified & was told they had texted me. Apparently they had sent a text to my land line! They couldn't call?? Although I liked Dr. Coleman very much, I found his staff non-caring. I'm going to switch to another periodontist.
