Dr. Phillips is an extraordinary doctor. I feel very relaxed when I go to see him. I’m will continue going to him for eye examination. I usually go for my eye exams due to my diabetes.

Dr Phillips is direct and to the point which I like…I just wish the staff would return my many calls as I have left 3 different messages so I guess I will just have to go out there and speak to a mgr.
