We like Dr Connor, he's very informative, kind and helpful with our care. With that being said, the receptionist are the worst. You call a basic number for every office. They speak to you like trash, they have zero customer service skills, rude is an understatement, they have more attitude then a woman with pms, when calling for prescription issues today the lady had the balls to ask" so what do you want me to do about it?" Well after I told her exactly what I wanted, in not so nice words, and threaten to come talk to her personally she changed her tune a little. Never in my life, and this isn't just today they are horrible all the time. Incompetent, rude, disrespectful staff will ruin a great doctor!!!!!
