. My family that came with me were just as pleased as I, we talked how friendly the staff was and my sister even purchased some of their cosmetics. Back from vacation: first day of my appointment and I’m 18 minutes late, the laser nurse was not in a good mood, the first thing out of her mouth Come On You Only Have 15 Minutes, I told her I was stuck waiting for the valet to return with other cars, he stated it used to be two of them that he was the only one. My face was wiped and was told I had to many gray hairs and laser would not pick them up, I said okay what about my facial discoloration she didn’t know, she bought the nurse that was with Dr Biesman when I first met him, but she also didn’t seem to know what I was saying, finally laser nurse stated he just wanted you to use Clear. I was directed to the front desk purchased two bottles, with Zero results, I called several times to complain was told give it time it works. I hate that Dr Biesman was not in the office it was a diff
