Patient Reviews
Jan 18, 2025
I had the absolute misfortune of seeing Dr. Philips when I went to the ER. I’ve been fighting a sickness for two weeks, my son had tested for RSV, Strep, and an ear infection, and my husband had the flu. I wasn’t getting any better and had a fever I couldn’t knock (I never get fevers unless I’m really sick). Dr. Phillips came to my room quickly as soon as I was brought back to my room and was quick to treat me as though I was wasting his time and energy. His demeanor was standoffish and he was incredibly rude. He acted like he did not want to listen to anything I had to say. I ended up talking with the nurse after he left and told her some of the things that were going on and she was actually listening to what I had to say and thought having a urine test would be a good idea too. When the doctor came back he was mad that I didn’t bring it up to him in the first conversation and was incredibly rude. If you can, avoid him. His bedside manner will make you feel worse than what brought you into the hospital in the first place.
