I have been to more doctors than I care to remember, some for the better, some for the worst. Dr Espinoza is not a conventional doctor, he is an exceptional one. He is the first to give me some sense of stability. He used a combination of ECT and medications to treat my depression and various medications to treat my bipolar, anxiety, and sleep disorders. He came at my disorders aggressive and always had a back up plan. He very clearly laid out his plan and always made sure I was comfortable with it. Dr Espinoza always did his research and kept track of changes in the psychiatric world when it came to new medication. This is something that I find many doctors are not willing to do. He utilized the changing world of psychiatry and turned it into a advantage whereas most psychiatrist seem to let their conventional ways make them stagnant. The only reason I do not see Dr Espinoza now is because of location. I wish he did telemeetings.
