The staff is extremely uncaring, and unfriendly. The procedure facility is the same, with further complications, because, well, procedures. You cannot get a time until late in the day, day before the procedure, and so your driver has to take the entire day off. No one seems to care one bit, and communication is a nightmare. I thought I was having one procedure, and wrong, and I didn’t know until they started cleaning a different area on my back. This whole time, it is my knee giving me the most pain. Poor management, poor communication, poor scheduling, and poor attitudes.
