Dr. Fiani was great! I had really bad neck pain down my arms and my hands were always tingling. He did a 2 level discectomy and fusion called ACDF. All my symptoms were gone after surgery. I went home the same day with no pain.

I was diagnosed with misaligned spine and herniated discs causing my back pain and problems in legs. Dr. Fiani did discectomy and fusion via minimally invasive quick fast surgery and now I’m feeling great and back to golfing.

All questions answered and amazing surgery outcome. I debated having my neck and back pain surgeries for some time. After meeting Dr. Fiani I knew to no longer refer them and I felt comfortable pursuing them, and sure enough I was sooooo happy I did have them done. He did both my neck and lower back surgeries. Amazing outcomes on both.

Masterful surgical skills. My friend recommended Dr. Fiani and by the way my friend spoke of Dr. Fiani's prestige (doing surgery on the rich and famous), I figured it would be impossible to get an appointment but I did right away and he immediately knew how to treat my debilitating lumbar spine pain that traveled down my leg. The following week I had surgery and boom all the suffering was gone! Wish I knew to call his office sooner.

He is a very prestigious neurosurgeon. I was referred to him by my sister who was a nurse at his hospital. He was accessible for scheduling and high quality surgery facilities. He corrected my spine.

He was clearly the best neurosurgeon I saw after visiting with 2 other opinions for chronic low back pain with what is called neurogenic claudication. It hurt from stenosis and went into my legs. He was able to see me quickly and do surgery which entirely relieved my symptoms. I now go on walks and even golf again.
