One of the reasons I first visited Dr. Wong was the glowing reviews I read on the various web sites. My experience with Dr. Wong's office was anything but good. My dental work from Dr. Wong is o.k., but not exceptional by any means. My wife, on the other hand, had to have work from Dr. Wong completely redone by another dentist. My complaints are not so much with the dental work I received, although it was anything but exceptional, but with the office administration. However, my wife had to have most of her work redone. They requested full payment of work completed even though I had provided my insurance card. Therefore I overpaid by several hundred dollars after the insurance paid Dr. Wong for services I had already paid for. Long story short; it took six months to get reimbursed for my overpayment. I heard so many excuses during that six months, I began to get real nervous about being able to get my money back at all. Finally, I had to physically go to the office to get my money back
