This Dr. was very impatient and showed very little patience with my daughter who is scared of needles (the entire reason we were referred to his office). To top off our bad experience in the office his front desk personnel and billing department are incompetent. They completed a predetermination of benefits prior to our appointment and attempted to bill me my insurances portion. The woman told me it was taking too long for insurance to pay and the claims were not adjudicated in the system amd therefore I was responsible for the unpaid balance. I had to do their job and call my insurance to find out that THEY had made billing errors and let them know their insurance check was coming. I had to take my personal time to do THEIR job.
