I've had him for over 5 years, and in that time he refused to acknowledge my official ADHD diagnosis or treat me for it. Didn't matter to him if I had documents. All he focuses on is depression, and you'd best hope that's all you've got if you have him! I've gone through so many anti-depressants from him and very little to help with my anxiety or other issues I brought up to him. The part that bugged me was the fact that I was 19, naïve, and was made to feel like I didn't really have ADHD, so I went untreated and struggled for so long because of this. All he ever did was increase my dose on anti-depressants or switch me to new ones pretty frequently and it never worked for me. After this, I struggle to trust psychiatrist's and I wonder if I'll ever be taken seriously as a patient.
