We came to the office for a 2nd opinion and we’re blown away by the warm welcome we received, the detailed treatment plan that took my daughter’s needs into account and the quickness in which they were able to start treatment. After her braces were put on, Dr. Loftus called to check in that night to make sure she was doing ok. We had a night where her bracket fell off and when my husband called the office after hours he was put through immediately to Dr. Loftus who not only talked him through exactly how to fix the situation BUT also offered to come back into the office at 7pm on a Monday night if he needed to. She was seen immediately the next morning for repair work. I could not be happier with the office, the staff, Dr. Loftus, and the treatment my daughter is receiving!
