I am EXTREMELY disappointed in how my child (19 months) and I were treated. Starting, Dr. Brian Stogner entered the room only introducing himself..yet there was another person behind him, who stood at the door the entire time. This mystery person did not speak and was never introduced (I assume this person was a student). Any person who enters the room is to be known to the patient. There should have been some sort of introduction and the reason why they were present. When explaining my son’s condition, Dr. Stogner did not seem to listen to the details provided, instead he jumped to the easiest solution. When questioned about his theory, and asked if there were other possible reasons behind my 19 month old son’s vomiting, he was extremely condescending and seemed to be irritated that I had questions. He did not seem to care nor display any empathy, as a physician this is vital that patients feel heard. My visit with Dr. Stogner was a complete waste of time and money.
