Finally came in to the Ripon Hospital because of my wife with low oxygen levels that have been going on for over 2 weeks and a lower blue lip and shortness of breath. Staff put me on oxygen and started to run blood work but when my blood came out like chocolate color they all got very concerned because they all never seen someone?s blood like this. The Dr was outstanding on taking time to find out from poison control on what was really going on. Between the Dr, nurse and the er tech were the best I EVER had at the Ripon Hospital and that is sad because each one were a traveling ER staff!! I ended up having a rare blood disorder called (Methemoglobinemia) which there are only 2 other cases in the US and there wasn?t a lot of research or what to do in a case like this but they handled it with the up most respect and care. I could go on to tell you how great they all were but don?t have the room to do so but I would highly recommend him or any of them in fact for healthcare.Thank you Dr!

This doctor has no compassion or bedside manner. There were no other patients there while we were there. He ignored my concerns, criticized us for evening choosing that hospital as they don't have an OB unit though it was not a pregnancy related issue, it was midnight and they are the closest. He did not try to give us another option, try to transfer us for the health of myself or my unborn child. We left with no answers. Ended up going to another ER two days later who treated us without an OB unit and ended up performing a procedure to save my life. Which was caused by what I suspected and told Dr Stubitsch, but he disregarded it because I was in too much pain consistently for it to be that, not random stabbing pains on occasion. I will now refuse to go the the hospital he works at, though it is 2 minutes away and will go 20 minutes away because their level of care and compassion is far superior to what this arragont doctor had to offer.
