Loved Dr Bradley and the PA, Carrie - it looked like they really cared. Staff was unresponsive and appeared to be spread too thinly. I just felt like there was no urgency to fix my problem and went elsewhere. Colonoscopy and EGD went well but results were in MyChart a week before I received a call from a nurse (who speculated about the many things that could be causing my problem - not good!). They had appointment times available, but I had to wait an additional week because “they were existing patient slots, not new patient slots. Insurance, you know”. I also received a prescription and found out two weeks later the insurance declined it. I had to do all of the legwork on that, as well. Never got it filled - gave up.
