Dr. Colwell's staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. Scheduling was easy. However, I found Dr. Colwell was not thorough with the comprehensive exam and periodic exams. Instead having him to tell me what he found on the X Ray, I found in each exam, I had to actively ask him all those teeth which were under watch by my previous dentist before relocation. If I didn't bring it up, he did not even notice those few teeth had issues, needed some attention. Each exam, he stayed about 5 minutes. I never felt so rushed with any dental visits with other dentists. Once he suggested a treatment, he just told me to go to make an appointment to come back, did not explain why I needed that. When I tried to ask him about details of the treatment plan, he said "You are so funny". I found it very uncomfortable to have him as my dentist again after hearing that.
