Dr Bushner was a professional, smart, pleasant physician. However, by the staff, I was told multiple different important policies and no one would admit to the answers they gave. I signed my name to pay the infraction and I mentioned that I was told before I made the appointment that they would submit it to my insurance. When I was at my appointment, the office clerk and the office manager said that was not their policy. I had my great insurance customer service per / Jasmine from Geha call and give them the confirmation number that the person wanted. Ok that wasn’t enough they wanted a fax from the insurance company. The insurance company said this was unheard of. Now I called to ask for my eye glas prescription and they said no not until insurance paid the bill. Now I have good cred, great government retirement insurance/ high option / eye insurance and maybe they thought because I am old I might die before the insurance paid. I have never,never had such hassle with office employees. I am sorry because I really liked Dr Bushner. Maybe it is Dr. Cohen’s anxious need for financial gain.Good Passover.
