Dr. Kahn was rushed throughout my visit. In attempting to treat my flank/back pain, he suspected my bladder could be the cause. So, he performed a treatment to my bladder using a catheter, and said I should feel better by the evening. I did not feel relief after this treatment. Rather, the next day, I started feeling UTI symptoms and reached out to a nurse in his office. She was so rude, and initially did not want to order a urinalysis for me despite my concerns of a UTI (I know what one feels like!) When she finally ordered the urinalysis, I immediately went to the closest Scripps lab to get it done. Afterwards, there was NO FOLLOW UP. I struggled with my symptoms for a few days, thinking their office would reach out to me to discuss the results of the test they had ordered for me, but no one did. So, I had to go to ANOTHER urgent care to do the same test. I paid for testing to be done twice, and was treated by the urgent care PA. Overall, I would not recommend this office.
