His office made me make a follow up appointment for my knee. When I arrived for my appointment, they didn’t know why I was there and wanted me to fill out forms that I had filled out the month before. After spending $600 on my first visit, you would think they would look at their computer and do some homework when I arrived. When I complained that if they cared, they should know my condition, the person at the desk said “that’s fine” I told her it’s not fine...she should have apologized. I told her to cancel my appointment. The staff has not been properly trained. Their level of incompetence was unacceptable to me.
