When I met Dr. Ego, he was very nice and quick, suggested ear tubes to put in my ear. Which we did, but then when my ear was inflamed and infected, he cant see me until 5 weeks later, oh good enough for surgery visits but not when its infected. I called at least twice to get a message to the doctor, he never called me back. Why doesn't your staff allow for regular sick patients to come in sooner then 5 weeks. This will definitely end my service with these practice. So disappointed..
