10:54 healthgrades.com Tre Team Appointments Reviews PENDING O Your rating: 1 stars I was not informed of the long term treatment, including meds. Dr Raybuck did not see us on the day of surgery. Courtney, Coord., apologized often when I called seeking information. She stated she has 1,000 patients. She stated Ruby is a teaching hospital and that a discrepancy in the chart may have been attributed to the fact that a Fellow, not a Dr, performed a procedure, implying a lower standard of care. She stated to keep in mind that Ruby is a teaching hospital. When I asked for clarification, she cried while on the phone with me. She stated that the six month follow-up would not be in person. I asked when Dr Raybuck would call. She stated that I wouldn't hear from him. Rather, I'd receive a call from her. Proper informed consent was missing. I would say poor bedside manner, but there was none, as we didn't see Dr Raybuck at all after the first appt. He didn't talk with family following the procedure. Terrible communication. I do not recommend this physician. Read Less Submitted Jun 06, 2025
