Isabel that works in this doctor Yang’s office is extremely rude, extremely unhelpful and has a very bad attitude. I am dealing with a 92-year-old that has pneumonia . She is on IV antibiotics and it was written on my discharge instructions from St. John’s Providence in Santa Monica to contact Dr. Yang’s office after taking my mother for a CT scan, I did that and I was told that “Dr. Yang isn’t accepting new patients” later my mother’s occupational therapist and was told that she could get an appointment, who’s lying who’s playing games in this office? Who wants to go to a doctor that has an office staff that plays games and is with the health and care of an older person? Why is this even happening?
