Patient Reviews
Jun 18, 2022
I've had left knee pain the last few months as a holdover from an MCL tear in Sept.2020. I saw Dr. Bederka then and was told it would heal on its own. I made an appointment with him for May 18 and he wasn't there, instead saw his PA which seems to be how they manage clients. Long wait time, clinic virtually empty, told to wait for an X-ray. They forgot I was there so I sat in a hallway for 20 mins. & had to walk to remind them. Then told to get an MRI & call asap to get in with Dr. B. MRI was 5/24 but was told by rude & dismissive staff that he could not see me until 6/30. Not available. I asked about knowing my MRI results from him & was told he only reads reports on Mondays and that it was a holiday. I then asked for a referral from the nurse & was told I could Zoom with him on 6/20! I could go on but the bottom line is I'm now 8 days post surgery from choosing another great knee specialist and well on my way to recovery. I could still be waiting to see my former doctor.
