Dr Buff is one of the worst doctors I have ever worked with . I took my wife for an urgent care appointment and he continually spoke over us and interrupted without letting us ask questions. It was clear he was in a rush to get us out. At the end of the visit on his way out, he said “Oh sorry do you have any questions? We’ve been getting slaughtered with patients today.” I started to ask a question and he quickly answered it as he was walking away, without listening to the others we wanted to ask.He also said “Namaste.” jokingly to my wife because we are Indian. We speak clear English and are American citizens. There is no need to treat us like that.We also overheard him having much calmer, friendlier conversations with other patients,so it was clear he was just in a rush to get us out and diagnose the issue based on notes instead if listening to our whole story.I do not recommend this doctor and will never see him again.
