I had a somewhat complicated case due to medication issues I have. I had a right knee replacement done in June of 2025 and would only accept my left knee to be done by the same Dr. Byron Ellis for the left knee that was just completed on January 6th. 2026. Dr Ellis has the highest concern For his patience well-being! This has been repeated by nurses and staff all throughout The Kaiser system. Dr. Ellis made sure after each surgery to come and visit in the hospital the following day. And if he could not be there, he made sure to send one of his close coworkers in his place. His skills are of the highest order! I wish I could post a picture of the scar that remains from my first surgery because there BARELY is one! I did everything they suggested, all post and pre-surgery exercises, PT, scar care etc. I can say I had a big part to play in the success of my surgery. But in all honesty, this staff is the best. Thank you Dr. Ellis and ALL NURSING staff!!!
