Our experience with Dr. Moss was extremely positive. Her bedside manner is genuinely caring and approachable. She has a pleasant sense of humor and explains things thoroughly. When she asked if we had any questions, I felt she was truly interested in making sure we felt completely informed and comfortable with the plan.
