My wife was driving her scooter home from work which is about 5min from home, someone ran her off the road causing her to wreck, she landed hard on her butt. We self cared for a few days but it wasn’t getting anybody better. She is not one to complain unless she is in real pain. We desided to go to the ER as it was very early morning, it wasn’t busy which was good and was seen right away, Dr Kurtz examined her and sent her for an X-ray. She could hardly walk, they had to get a wheel chair for her. Anyways the x-ray did not show anything broken or fractured, however she was in real bad pain from it. He prescribed muscle relaxer and some 800mg ibuprofen, we asked for something stronger as we believed it would not help(which it didn’t) I stressed to him she needed something stronger, but ultimately he refused. Other than the X-ray he was no help at all, and with no sympathy at all for his patients. Do not see this Dr, you will not like the outcome of your visit.
