I was waiting for an appointment almost 6 months...nobody knows what will happen in 6 months, I called a week in advance to try to change the date because for involuntary reasons I could not attend that day and then they cancelled the appointment and did not give it to me again because they do not take new patients...I am really disappointed with the customer service, obviously I did not want an appointment for the next day but at least they would have tried to give it to me even if it was one or two months from now, but they have a lousy service.
