Love and belonging are two key basic human needs and yet they can be scarcely experienced, especially in the medical field. Dr. Christie and his team are amazing and have truly blessed my life. My health was failing, and I was in desperate need of surgery. Dr. Christie took on my complicated surgery/health status. The team worked to prepare me for surgery and scheduled it sooner (not once but twice). A prayer answered! I was relieved and thankful to God! Interacting with Dr. Christie is a special experience as he listens with the intent to understand using not only his ears and eyes but his education, experience, intuition, and caring heart. He is peaceful, brilliant, confident yet humble, talented and encouraging, even in the most stressful situations. He and his team exemplify such high levels of care and service on a consistent basis. There is truly a culture of excellence with Dr. Christie and his team. It is refreshing. I feel valued, supported, seen and understood. This has been a defining moment in my faith as so many times God interceded, and my prayers were answered. I was truly treated like the child of God that I am. This seems to be their common standard. My surgery went incredibly well, and my recovery is going well. I am eternally grateful to Dr. Christie and his all-star team.
