I too had good results from Dr L operating on my lower back. But there is one persistent painful matter he does not want to address. When trying to get follow-up imaging orders filed and to make contact with his staff they lied to me repeatedly. Then after continued persistent effort it finally got done. At the next visit, Dr L he blamed his staff for the problem after I told him I felt like he did not want anything to do with me any more. At this visit I had to plead with him to address the unaddressed persistent problem. He said he would order new imaging for this. It has been over a month and the orders have yet to be sent to my insurance. Repeated inquiries have been ignored as before. There is no way he can have a continuing practice with such a staff. I now blame Dr L for this subterfuge not his staff. So I decided to write this review.
