Getting the braces on and listening to the doctor's jokes was okay. The waits were always long. The problem came after I got my braces off and went for follow-ups. I was wearing my retainer at night but I noticed that my teeth were shifting (I have no idea of the proper term here) and asked Dr. Carlos A. Méndez-Villamil to help me figure out what to do because I'm having trouble chewing. He was extremely rude, told me to pay to get braces again if I wanted and walked away after less than 5 mins.
