Dr. Carmen Arzola, DDS

This is the 4th time this has happened. I made an appointment for 3pm on Monday 8.9.2022, I was in front of 1414 Metropolitan ave location at 2:30pm, ranging the doorbell and called the office about 15 times, a minute apart. At 2:58pm I left after waiting outside in the heat/humidity. Mind you, I had a confirmed appointment at 3pm. The voicemail says to leave a message, but phone hangs up once the recorded response ends, so callers are not able to leave a voicemail. I took off work early for this and each of the previous times. Horrible, just horrible phone response and doorbell response. There isn't a way to even get inside the building or get a hold of someone in the office otherwise. EACH time I call, between 11am and 2pm, never get the phone answered. Out of the 3 separate days where I called for this very appointment, each day I called 5 times, only one of those calls were answered, just ONE. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND AT ALL.
