Patient Reviews
May 30, 2024
Today I had an appointment at Evernorth Care Group with Carol Lee-Faust to remove a stye. They had cancelled my 3:20pm appointment due to a mandatory staff meeting, but they called back and told me that a 1:40pm slot opened and they could still do the procedure. I was sitting in the medical chair when Dr Faust came in and asked 'Are you ready for this procedure?' I said yes I am. She replied, 'I have bad news', then she checked my eyes and put numbing solution in the eye that would be worked on. I said 'You mentioned that you have bad news, what is it?' She asked 'Don't you work for Cigna?' I said yes. For context, Evernorth is owned by Cigna. She said 'Do you know what the meeting is about?' I told her that I heard a little about it, but I couldn't say anything. She then told me that since I wouldn't tell her and she couldn't determine if the mtg was important or not, she had to go to the meeting and we have to reschedule the appt. I will not reschedule with her. I walked out.
