Patient Reviews
Oct 24, 2023
Dr. Piatek informed me that She would be the one asking the questions at our first meeting. I had to call Dr. Piatek's staff a couple of times to send the requisition form to Quest. The resonse time was quick. Record keeping: unable to tell me why a critical appointment was cancelled. Very professional in clinical notes.
