2025 update ...I met Dr. Carolyn Chong at Berkeley Endodontics in the process of researching whether to have a root canal or to have the tooth extracted. She did a thorough examination of the tooth in question, explained the step-by-step details of a RC procedure and the components of the pricing. She also provided an information sheet describing the dangers and possible issues that could develop.After that consultation, she responded to my questions by phone and then e-mail. My having had reactions to anti-biotics previously as well as sensitivity to various substances I had several concerns.Her responses were helpful, respectful and a professionalThroughout the process I felt trust and confidence in her abilities.Ultimately, I decided that a tooth extraction and using a dental Flipper to fill the space for short periods of time was a better choice for me given my health history and sensitivities.Overall, my experience with Dr. Chong was very good and I would recommend her to o
